Anticipated Period of Employment: April 15, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (Spring and Summer)
Area of Intended Employment (AIE)
Greater Omaha metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Nebraska (including Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Washington, and Dodge Counties). Travel within the AIE may be required. Applicants must be able to reside within reasonable commuting distance.
Wage Offer
Guaranteed wage: $20.00 per hour (equals or exceeds the prevailing wage and federal/state minimum wage). Single Workweek will be the standard for computing wages. No Overtime available
Additional Compensation: Commission-based incentives (uncapped earning potential of $50,000–$150,000+ annually based on performance).

Hail Safe, LLC is a trusted leader in auto hail damage repair, specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). We help vehicle owners get their hail damage fixed with zero out-of-pocket cost by working directly with insurance companies. Due to high demand, we are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Sales Representatives.
Position Overview
This is a sales-driven role where you will actively generate new business by:
- Working under company tents in high-traffic areas
- Door knocking in neighborhoods affected by hail
- Promoting services on social media
- Networking in the local community
You will be the face of Hail Safe, connecting with customers, educating them on our process, and walking them through the insurance claim system.
Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers at tents, doors, and community events
- Promote services through social media and networking
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify hail damage
- Explain the repair process and insurance benefits to customers
- Guide customers through the claim process
- Build trust and long-term relationships within the community
Minimum Requirements
- Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Comfortable door knocking and talking with new people
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Willingness to learn our system and process
On-the-Job Training
On-the-job training will be provided.
Work Schedule
Hours: Variable based on weather events and customer needs (typically 35–40 hours per week).
Workweek: Employer uses a single workweek as the standard for computing wages due.
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly (every two weeks).
Housing/Board/Lodging
No board, lodging, or other facilities are provided or assisted with by the employer.
Deductions
The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law. No other deductions are intended (including no deductions for board, lodging, or other facilities).
Transportation and Subsistence
- The employer will provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer (whether in the U.S. or abroad) to the place of employment if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i).
- The employer will provide or pay for the worker’s cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer (disregarding intervening employment) if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed early by the employer, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii).
- Daily subsistence during travel will be provided/reimbursed at a minimum of $16.28 per day.
- Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided if required.
Visa and Related Fees
The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees (including government-mandated fees) incurred by the H-2B worker (passport expenses or other charges primarily for the worker’s benefit are excluded).
Tools, Supplies, and Equipment
The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
